MIA..ing...
Gosh...I can just imagine my sinners out there who view my blog giving out a big loud SIGH..."finally she posted something.." heheh.. It could make headlines if i was a celebrity. but am not! and never intend to be one :) I only post something up when it is worth reading..and of course.. remembering.
It was a night to remember because with the blessings of the Holy Month of Ramadhan, my two favourite humans in the world and I got to break our fast together :) Finally amidst all our busy schedules, we managed to cramp a slot to 'buka' together. It was really satisfying and rejuvenating for all of us. It's been ages since we all sat down, crapping away between mouthful bites. What could have made it better? Of course THE VENUE! FIsh&CO...! Brainy Shai! Could always rely on him to pick out the best of places.
I felt so comforted as we talked about school :) The situation in NUS is no different from that in NTU.. Di was lamenting about how she had lots of readings to do..She had just printed a stack of Geography notes from school! Wahahaha! Remind me of my Lit readings. Shai was no different. But being in the first year, we expected him to be in alot easier situation ") Oh by the way, he is in the same project group as Goofy Hanan! So excited for him!! They hardly talked back in JC and now they're on the track of becoming good friends. Insya-Allah! Like always, there was the usual who got on with who.. and who fell while along the path of love..hehehe..
Big News! Nazriff n Khai(soccer) are in my school :) glad to see them n am even 'gladder' they were glad to see me too. Everyone is congregating in these 2 institutes. Suddenly we talked to people we ignored in JC :) It was a fine feeling.
To Shai n DI... we struggled together.. and i'm glad we managed to pull through ")

The Holy Month...
"Ramadan is the month during which the Quran was revealed, providing guidance for the people, clear teachings, and the statute book. Those of you who witness this month shall fast therein. Those who are ill or traveling may substitute the same number of other days. Allah wishes for you convenience, not hardship, that you may fulfill your obligations, and to glorify Allah for guiding you, and to express your appreciation."[2:185]
10 Tips Makan Di Bulan Ramadhan!
1. Berbuka dengan membaca doa.
2. Mulakan dengan minum jus buah-buahan (tanpa gula) atau air yang sedikit manis dan buah kurma 1-2 biji disusuli dengan sembahyang maghrib dan sunat awwabin mengikut kemampuan masing-masing.
3. Bolehlah makan nasi & "noodles"
Nasi "Noodles"
Nasi putih Mee/ Bihun} Berkuah/ Sup
Nasi ulam Koayteow }
Nasi kerabu
4. Kurangkan pengambilan makanan yang berlemak dan berminyak.
5. Lebihkan mengambil buah-buahan dan sayur-sayuran.
6. Kunyahlah makanan dengan perlahan-lahan.
7. Berhenti makan sebelum kenyang.
8. Lebihkan minum air.
9. Selepas sembahyang terawih, bolehlah menjamu 1-2 potong kuih, buah-buah atau jus buah- buahan.
10. Bersahurlah dengan memakan makanan yang tidak berminyak dan berlemak. Pilihan yang disyorkan
adalah seperti berikut:
Nasi putih Oats/ Nestum
Roti/ Ban Buah-buahan/ Kurma
Lebihkan ikan, ayam tanpa lemak, daging pepejal (tanpa lemak), hadkan telur dan makanan laut.
